Wags Walks n Whiskers is a professional, team-based pet care company built on consistency and trust. Our trained staff provides reliable dog walking, solo adventure hikes, and in-home vacation pet care seven days a week. Fully insured and bonded, we offer real-time updates and thoughtful communication – giving pet parents confidence and peace of mind every day. We intentionally keep our service areas small, based in North Haledon, NJ and providing prrofessional dog walking and pet care to families here as well as in Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes, Glen Rock, Hawthorne, Wayne & Oakland.

Getting Started

Online Registration

Visit our online portal to begin online registration or submit a request form if you would like more information first.

Schedule a Meet & Greet

Schedule a complimentary meet and greet. During this appointment, we’ll take the time to get to know your furry companions, discuss their unique needs and preferences, and answer any questions you may have about our services.

Online Scheduling

Once we’ve met, we will be able to custom schedule your visits to fit your needs through our portal.

App Updates and Photos~ Following each visit, you will receive a report card and photos of your pet.

We have 3 small older dogs, so we really don't want to board them anymore or ask other people to check on them during the day when we had to be out for a long period.   I was hesitant to use this service, but I am so GLAD I did.   They are so reliable, punctual, and they leave you updates with notes and pictures.   My girls after initial shyness now run to the door when they have to have a pet sitter.  Special shout outs to Melissa and Tania but all of the employees are spectacular, and the owner Cherie is always available to answer any questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner!

For each visit we were sent status updates along with pictures and some videos to allow us to see our cats while we were far from home which was wonderful. Each team member has a special bond with my dog and I love the detailed account of their visit each time along with photo's. Each team member goes above and beyond from bringing in the empty garbage cans from the curb to chatting for a few minutes with my elderly Mom, making her day! The team of caregivers is great; each visit is followed w a msg and photos-it so great to have those while away. I would use them again and highly recommend their services. They’ve provided loving care when we’ve been away which is so comforting!! We love everyone who has come into our home for Sadie especially but Evan’s detailed emails about his adventures with Sadie go above and beyond to let us know they have a connection! They love Rocco and have developed a great relationship with him. They are also always reliable and can be counted on which can be challenging due to our variable family schedule. They have an excellent app used for scheduling and communication in which they document each visit with pictures. The WW&W team takes better pictures of Rocco than I’ve ever been able to take.
