Wags Walks n Whiskers provides dog walking, cat care, and vacation pet sitting in the North Haledon, NJ area. Below you’ll find information about each of our services, but we invite you to contact us if you have any questions. Prior to any pet sitting services your pet sitter will meet with you to discuss your pet(s) individual needs and how we can help provide care while you’re away.

Dog Walking
Private walks in your neighborhood
Long workdays and busy schedules can make it hard to give your dog the exercise and attention they need during the day. Our service provides your dog with a safe, enriching walk while you are busy and away from home.
Dogs thrive on routine and structure! Regular walks help maintain a healthy weight and support overall health. A consistent midday walk gives them something to look forward to, helps burn off energy and keeps their day balanced and engaging. A tired pup is a happy pup!
Weekday Dog Walks start at $25
Rates vary based on visit length, scheduling needs and service timing. Our walks are GPS tracked and we send updates and photos at the completion of each visit through our pet care portal.

- Same day requests may be available for existing clients.
- Before/After Hours available for an additional fee.
Cat Care
Cat visit: $25
Purr-fect care for your feline friends! We keep your kitty’s routine consistent with fresh food and water, clean litter, and plenty of love and attention. You’ll receive real-time updates through Time To Pet for total peace of mind while you’re away.
*a minimum of one visit a day is required for traveling families.
Vacation Pet Sitting
Pet Care for your furry family in the comfort of their own home.
Drop in Visits and Vacation Care
- 20 minute visit $27
- 30 minute visit $35
- 45 minute visit $45
- 60 minute visit $55
Visits are fully customizable for each pet (and their families) needs. For families traveling, we require a minimum of 3 daily visits for dogs. We will care for your pets and your home as if they are our own, allowing our clients to enjoy stress-free time away. Visit reports and updates are sent at each visit.
*Overnight service is available for established clients and based on availability.
Adventure Dog Walking
Starting at $75
Our adventure walks and hikes offer your dogs an exciting and enriching experience in nature. These fun excursions provide physical exercise, mental stimulation, and social interaction, allowing your pets to explore new environments and engage their senses.

Holiday visits are based on availability and rates are time and a half.
Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Eve & Day
Visits outside of 9am and 6pm are subject to a $15 surcharge.
